WRATHAGE Postpones Album Recordings
November 27, 2006Finnish black metallers WRATHAGE have postponed the recording sessions for their full-length debut, "Crawlspace Antipathy", to next spring from the previously announced November. "At the moment we are just too busy to find the proper time for the recording sessions and since we don't want to rush with our masterpiece, we have decided to delay the recordings at least for a couple of months," the group writes on its web site. "This time will be well spent polishing the ready songs and composing new material also so the [previously announced] tracklist might live a bit." Songtitles set to appear on the CD include (in no particular order):
01. Walking To Death
02. The Abscess
03. The Retrieval
04. Black Movement Conspiracy
05. Hic Sunt Diabolos
06. As Night Falls
07. The Mercury Insolence
08. Hellworlds
09. Sadicum
10. Glory Black
Commented the band: "Some of you might have noticed the familiar songtitles and yes some of those tracks have been made earlier but are now completely re-done and way more interesting."
The original version of "As Night Falls" can be downloaded from www.mikseri.net.
WRATHAGE participated in the IMMORTAL tribute album, "Epimythion - Tribute to Immortal", which is now expected to be released in the spring of 2007 via Greece's Townsend Avalanche Music.
